In the Information Network Solutions business, we provide a one-stop service for all ICT services needed for corporate management, from consulting to operational support.
We propose optimal solutions to customers in a wide range of industries, including distribution, services, manufacturing, public services, medical and welfare, and finance.

    We identify customer business issues and needs through daily communication, then our sales and engineering team work together to propose tailored solutions.

  2. 2Requirements definition and design

    Once the order is received and the project starts, we move on to the requirements definition and design phases.
    This is where the system engineers and network engineers, among others, meet with the customer to finalize detailed specifications.

  3. 3Development and construction

    In the development and construction phase, we leverage software development and network construction techniques, as well as new technologies such as AI and IoT, to install and build systems and networks.

  4. 4Operational support

    Once the installed systems and networks are up and running, we provide support for operational issues and malfunctions that our customers encounter.
    By repeating this process, we also gain an understanding of customer issues and work to improve them in this phase.
