In addition, through constructive dialogue with shareholders and investors, we will strive to achieve sustainable growth and enhance corporate value over the medium to long term.

Standards for information disclosure

TSUZUKI DENKI will disclose information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations, as well as the Securities Listing Regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
In addition, we will proactively disclose information that we believe will be useful to our shareholders and investors, even if it does not fall under the scope of various laws and regulations or the Securities Listing Regulations.

Methods of information disclosure

We will also disclose information that does not fall under the scope of the regulations by posting it on our website as appropriate.

Quiet period

To ensure fairness and prevent leaks of financial information, we will observe a quiet period from the day after the end of each quarter to the day of each earnings announcement, during which we will refrain from answering questions or commenting on financial results. However, in the event that there is a discrepancy between our earnings forecast and the earnings that we have already disclosed during the quiet period, we will disclose information in accordance with the Securities Listing Regulations.

Forward-looking statements

Any information we disclose regarding future plans, outlooks, strategies and other forward-looking statements is based on information available to us at the time and certain assumptions that we believe to be reasonable.
